Get Started with Sharpware 360

This onboarding process will help you get set up with S360 and learn how to use it. It is divided into two parts:


1. Pre-onboarding survey: This survey will collect some basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to set up S360.


2. Onboarding calls: There are two calls involved in this process.

The first is a tech call to guide you through the technical setup of S360.

On that call, our team will then help you schedule the training session, which covers the most important features of S360. These calls will assist you in getting set up with the software and learning how to use it on a day-to-day basis.
